With over 20 years of experience in corporate and agency environments, I harmonise strategy, communication and cultural development - systemically sound, brand-oriented and effective at C-level.
What guides me? My "surfer mindset": acting with foresight, anticipating complexity - and shaping change with clarity, empathy and agility. Whether in brand development, change processes or executive coaching: I work with attitude, structure and story expertise - because change can only succeed if it is understood, supported and experienced.

Own methods & formats
Get Into Flow (GIF)
A systemic-communicative concept for developing high-performing, self-organized teams. Combines agile structures with clear communication and a strong purpose orientation. Used by organizations such as the Norderstedt Youth Welfare Office, Alpha Aktiv, and ar engineers.
Life Positioning Canvas (LPC)
A structured format for professional self-discovery – for school leavers, professionals undergoing career change, or people transitioning to retirement. It strengthens personal responsibility and opens up new perspectives beyond linear career paths.
Both formats can be used flexibly – as an impulse in individual coaching, as a workshop module or as a building block in comprehensive change processes.

For over 20 years, I've worked as a brand strategist, interim CMO, and systemic organizational developer, confidently navigating the nuances of strategy, storytelling, and structural work. My experience has shown me that brands, organizations, and employees have accumulated a wealth of experience, know-how, and image over the years. Successful transformation can only work if this potential is assessed within the change process and then optimally utilized to set the path toward excellence.
This means finding out: What are the true values and potential of a brand/organization that already exist, and what is still missing? And which obstacles still need to be overcome, and how? To achieve this, I take a targeted yet empathetic approach—and, where appropriate, disruptive—to create the impetus that enables change.
Ideally, this process should be implemented from the bottom up—not only to leverage employees' knowledge, but also to make the change a transformation for the employees themselves. This ensures identification and motivation, and ensures that the change is lived.
This creates the flow that enables excellence to be achieved that is rewarded by the market in the long term and lived by the organization and its employees.
